When you register with us you will be required to give your name, address, a contact number and email address. You will also be required to create a password. 

In registering with us, you will be responsible for your password and registration details. You must not share your registration or password details with anybody. 

If you suspect that anyone knows your registration or password details, please contact us immediately and we will assist you. 

Any personal information you supply to us within the registration process will remain confidential. We abide by the Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR regulations.

No personal details will ever be passed to a third party.

We reserve the right to cancel your registration with us with little or no notice if we discover you have breached any rules outlined in this "Terms & Conditions" document or if you abuse our website or service in any way. 


We accept payment in Pound Sterling only, by credit or debit card (not including AMEX) and Paypal. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. 

Credit Card Security 

Once a transaction is complete, no payment details are stored. 

Promotions and Vouchers 

From time to time, we may issue promotional codes and vouchers for use on our website. To redeem these offers, please enter the relevant code when checking out your order. Each code is bound by the specific terms and conditions (including duration of offer) that are issued with it. 
The promotional codes that we issue are only for use on our website, not in our stores, unless specifically stated otherwise. 


VAT (at the prevailing rate) is included in the price of our products. Where applicable, details of this can be viewed in "My Basket". 

Order Confirmation 

All orders are subject to availability, we will endeavour to keep our stock figures up to date, but occasionally human error will affect the accuracy of these figures. In these circumstances we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

We will send you an email confirming your order after receiving your payment. We will then send a further email to confirm when your goods have been dispatched. 

If, after a period of 24 hours from purchase, you don’t receive these emails, please check your "Spam" filter to see if they have been mistaken as "Junk" mail. If you still haven’t received any emails, please contact us at or by telephone (01590 718746) and we will be happy to check and inform you of the status of your order. 

Click & Collect 

The stock status on our website relates to our Lymington store, everything showing in stock on the website is available to collect within an hour from our Lymington store. Many of the products on our website are available to order & collect from our other stores, please email us so we can check the stock availability in our other stores for you. 

Shipping & Delivery 

We will process and send your order as quickly as possible; this will normally be the next working day but at busier times may take up to 3 days. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you by the date required. 

UK Standard deliveries will be sent out using Royal Mail Standard Second Class, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

Greeting card only orders £1, free delivery on orders over £15. 

Orders containing gifts £3.99, free delivery on orders over £30. 


An invoice will be sent to the purchaser of the goods via email and will not be sent with the delivery. 


We take every care to ensure that goods sent out are in pristine condition and in complete working order. We also strive to pack our goods safely and securely. We take no responsibility for any damages incurred by the delivery service. 

We will send goods to the address specified by you on our online form. Information supplied to us via our online form will not be altered or corrected should there be any mistakes, so please ensure you enter all information accurately. We take no responsibility for any mistakes made in delivery due to the information you have supplied us with. 


If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have received from 3 Wishes, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. This offer is subject to the following conditions: 

  • If you change your mind please return the goods to us within 17 days of dispatch, unused and in original condition to 3 Wishes, 88 High Street, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9AN. 
  • The goods and packaging must be in re-saleable condition and packaged carefully and securely for return postage. 
  • We regret that we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for the following goods: Earrings, toiletries and perishable items, unless they arrive damaged. 
  • For damaged items or delivery shortages please contact us within 48hours of delivery with your name, telephone number, email address, order reference number, product(s) affected and description of damage if applicable.
  • If a product you purchased from 3 Wishes develops a fault within 3 months of receipt please contact us with your name, telephone number, email address, order reference number, details of the product(s) affected and description of the fault. We will then issue you with a return’s authorisation number. Return the faulty item, carefully packaged with this number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel. On receipt of the faulty item we will refund the purchase price and the cost of postage. Please note on the rare occasion that if the returned item is not found to be faulty, we reserve the right to not issue a refund and the item will need be returned to you at your cost. 

Limitation of Liability 

We exclude all and any liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage due to: 

  • Interruption of business such as website down-time or postal strike. 
  • Your downloading of material from our website or any websites links to our website 
  • Failure of delivery services to deliver your order or damages incurred during delivery 

Privacy & Security Information 

By supplying your personal information during the order process, you agree to us using your personal information in order to operate our website and provide you with our products and services. 

Any personal information we receive from you will be used solely for the purpose of operating our website and providing you with our goods and services. 

The personal information that you provide will be securely stored within the website. All personal information provided when making payments are encrypted. 

We will never give any of your information to a third-party organisation unless we are legally required to do so or in order to fulfil our contractual obligations with you.

3 Wishes endeavour to ensure that the information and images on our website are true and correct. Time and care have been taken to provide you with good quality images of our products. We hold no responsibility for slight variations between our images and the actual products. 

Some items may vary slightly from the illustrations due to variations between batches of products. We take no responsibility for any such variations but will be glad to offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with such a product. 

We reserve the right to make changes to the material on the website, such as prices, information and images, at any time and without notice. 

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to our website in the case of maintenance, system failure or other reasons beyond our control. 

Dimensions are given as an approximate guide. All information given about a product is done so with the intention of providing as much detail as possible about our products. If any of the product information is incorrect or out of date, please inform us and we will rectify it immediately. You will, of course, be entitled to a refund or exchange if any of the items in your order were incorrectly described and you are unhappy with such a product. 

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the product ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law and except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of 3 Wishes, its owners or employees, 3 Wishes shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on the part of 3 Wishes, employees, agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website. The supply of the products or their use or resale by you, and the entire liability of 3 Wishes under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
