If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have received from 3 Wishes, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. This offer is subject to the following conditions:
- If you change your mind please return the goods to us within 17 days of dispatch, unused and in original condition to 3 Wishes, 88 High Street, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9AN.
- The goods and packaging must be in re-saleable condition and packaged carefully and securely for return postage.
- We regret that we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for the following goods: Earrings, toiletries and perishable items, unless they arrive damaged.
- For damaged items or delivery shortages please contact us within 48hours of delivery with your name, telephone number, email address, order reference number, product(s) affected and description of damage if applicable.
- If a product you purchased from 3 Wishes develops a fault within 3 months of receipt please contact us with your name, telephone number, email address, order reference number, details of the product(s) affected and description of the fault. We will then issue you with a return’s authorisation number. Return the faulty item, carefully packaged with this number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel. On receipt of the faulty item we will refund the purchase price and the cost of postage. Please note on the rare occasion that if the returned item is not found to be faulty, we reserve the right to not issue a refund and the item will need be returned to you at your cost.
